My work sits at the intersection of:
- Agentic systems and LLM operations: Re-engineering the design-to-production pipeline around autonomous, multi-agent frameworks.
- Voice and telephony automation: Bringing conversational intelligence and latency-sensitive context routing to dialer workflows.
- Workflow orchestration: Closing the loop between models and messaging queues, APIs, and business systems.
- Practical AI product direction: Delivering honest capability assessments and strategy guides for domain-heavy businesses.
I wrote Open Design as the companion book to an open-source design harness for AI coding agents. The harness runs locally across skills, DESIGN.md brand systems, plugins, MCP, and a sandboxed preview/export loop. The book explains how those pieces fit together and how designers, developers, and product builders can use them to create clean, maintainable web systems.
